1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and subscribing to Opsora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description & SLA

Opsora is a B2B SaaS platform providing organization management, automated workflows, and payment orchestration.

  • 24/7 Monitoring and UK-based Support

3. Billing & Subscriptions

**Subscription Cycles**: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

**Cancellations**: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

**Refunds**: Due to the immediate provisioning of resources, we do not typically offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent financial transactions
  • Phishing or malicious spam
  • Reverse engineering the platform
  • Storing unauthorized sensitive data (e.g. Health records)

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opsora Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **England and Wales**.
